London four-piece jazz collective oreglo met through the kind of musical youth club championed by Ezra Collective’s Femi Koleoso. It’s a musical upbringing that instils a discipline and knowledge like no other, which is why the group take such a fluid approach to the jazz genre, suffusing it with everything from psych rock, French dance, rap, and David Bowie. It’s also why they’re a live band first and foremost, improvisatory and feelings-based.
