Don’t be alarmed if you pass a giant owl or two during your Green Man wanderings: they’re part of the Boss Morris coterie, a progressive morris side who come accompanied by enormous papier mache beasts, flamboyant outfits, and painted faces. The female Stroud-based group formed in 2015 breathe new life into the ancient practise of morris dancing, combining traditional Cotswold morris dances with electronic remixes: wild, colourful, and rebooted for new generations.
