Inspired by our Pembrokeshire coastline, Celtic past and our lived experiences, this is a show recalling tales of working the land whilst being supported by a community of women. Ritual, herbs, ceremony, and the cycles of light and dark are incorporated into these stories and explored through circus, dance, text and song.
Collective Flight Syrcas is a collaboration of physical performers and artists based in West Wales, creating work that is deeply rooted in the landscape, portraying their lived experience through circus with themes we recognise globally. Hannah, Meg & Emma have close connections to the land and sea whilst working as circus performers.
