Artist, singer and producer Nia Wyn grew up in a small seaside town in North Wales. She sought solace in local junk shops, crate-digging in old soul records to discover the likes of Billie Holiday, Bob Dylan and Marvin Gaye, as well as hip-hop artists such as Nas and Lauryn Hill. Taking inspiration from an eclectic range of music, Nia crafted her story-telling abilities and blended her raw vocals to emerge as one of the most promising young soul-fusion artists coming out of the UK.
