Michelle Kambasha is a music publicist, journalist, public speaker and educator. She worked at Secretly Group and Satellite414 covering acts such as Sharon Van Etten, Bon Iver, Moses Sumney and Dave, and today runs her own PR company, where her roster includes Kara Jackson and Jamila Woods, alongside organisations such as The Black Curriculum. She teaches the module Diversity in the Creative Industries at BIMM University, and frequently writes for major publications such as The Guardian, The Telegraph, The i, The Independent, and WePresent. Her work primarily focuses on the intersection of Black representation in alternative music spaces.
