Climate Cafés are a space for reflecting on thoughts and feelings around climate-related issues in a welcoming and supportive setting, without a focus on next steps or “solutions”. Guided by facilitators, over three standalone sessions we’ll be exploring different themes, and inviting you to open up tangents of your own through conversations and creativity.
Casglu Climate Cafés is a collective of Welsh students and creatives: Alys has been co-facilitating Climate Cafés at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, and is passionate about nurturing climate conversations in the creative industry. Sarah, Dafydd, and Rhiannon met whilst studying at the Centre of Alternative Technology in 2021, connecting over a shared interest in exploring the psychological roots of the nature and climate crises; trained by the Climate Psychology Alliance, they have since been hosting Climate Cafés for their fellow students. The collective now bring their shared experience to Einstein’s Garden for a new chapter!
