Mountain's Foot

Area icon

Beneath the rugged gaze of Crug Hywel, something stirs and rumbles…Legends have been set in stone here, from the ancient Iron Age hillfort that crowns the top of the mountain (and gives nearby Crickhowell its name) to the mighty musical headliners that take to the Mountain Stage far down below. All day long, Mountain’s Foot bustles with activity, with a full line-up of bands keeping our main stage busy.

The grassy slopes of the natural amphitheatre are ideally placed for an afternoon’s daydreaming, and there’s a kaleidoscope of food stalls to explore, too — with tantalising nourishment and hearty foodstuffs (and onion bhajis as large as one’s head). And when twilight begins to show its splendour, let our tremendous headline acts emerge to thrill with each passing night…
